The cuisine at Kemal Bey Range & Hotel is just as unique as the atmosphere with the presentation of Chef Gizem Gündüz. An assortment of wild Aegean greens, daily fresh vegetables from our ranch, olive oil specialties, traditional casseroles and unique Turkish hors d’oeuvres… A true gastronomic festivity to wet anyone’s appetite, whether vegetarian or not. Prepare yourself for good food in a friendly setting.

Chef Gizem Gündüz, after graduating from Istanbul Culture University Physics Section, listened the voice of her emotions and headed for Gastronomy. She attended Kadir Has University Istanbul Culinary Institute and had Professional Education on cookery. After having extensive cooking experience in different places in İstanbul, she arrived in Urla for her desire to live in a quiet and natural place and joined us. Now, in this unique place she serves you Aegean and Crete Cuisine specialties which are prepared with daily and natural range products.
